Tiburon hillside home – Lagoon View Drive
Through extensive renovation and additions to this previously generic mid 60’s Tiburon hillside home, we remade the original into a truly elevated living experience. Opening the house to the view – then bringing the inside, outside – was a big priority. With such expansive and spectacular views to work with, and with so much elevation to draw from, how could we not?! We added plenty of new outdoor living deck areas with new stairs to connect the levels, while also connecting the house to the site. The structural + site challenges were significant, giving us the thrilling opportunity to turn structural needs into design opportunities for our modern aesthetic. This new design dynamic has made the old thrive again, creating a beautifully connected and very functional palette.
This Tiburon hillside home has become as much a luxurious and livable family retreat as it is the ideal place for entertaining and inspiration – with incredible San Francisco, Golden Gate, and North Bay views as the focus.
