Tiburon – Custom Home – Ridge Road
With limited available room to expand, our directive was to design a luxurious and private master bathroom addition + whole house exterior makeover to create a nondescript 90’s Ranch Style custom home in Tiburon. Adding a simple contrasting cubic form -clad in copper- brought much-needed stature and elegance to the otherwise ordinary Architecture of the house. Recessed vertical lighting niches set into the copper cladding add subtle and necessary resolve to the windowless facades facing the entrance and the BBQ patio.
The Addition was blocked from Bay views by the existing house, so we removed a portion of the existing northeast house corner, allowing us to capture magnificent San Francisco Bay Views from the addition’s new vanity and walk-in shower. We were excited to collaborate with The Wiseman Group on interior fixtures and finish on this fantastic custom home in Tiburon.
